One Family's Experience with Ductless Central Air

Ductless gave them efficient central air conditioning

"Our family looked into having central air conditioning put into our old home about eight years back, but we were told we just couldn't do it. Our home has electric heat and absolutely no ductwork. The cost of literally installing all new ducts was astronomical, and could leave scars.

Over the last few years, as much as we loved our house, the summers were seeming hotter and hotter. It was almost by accident that we found out about ductless central air conditioning from a neighbor - their house was so similar to ours, and we knew it was built the same year. When we saw them giving away their air conditioners we asked why, and they said they had installed "ductless".

Immediately we knew that if it worked for them, maybe it could work for us. After a fast and easy installation, we were able to experience the benefits of the system. It was as efficient as advertised, and it saves us so much money on electricity as compared to having all those window units!

We donated our window bulky air conditioning units to a local charity and have enjoyed whole home central air ever since. We can even cool only the parts of the house we are using through a remote control or touchpad. The system also works on a timer to save electricity

Our ductless system of central air conditioning has certainly added value to our home, and brought us great comfort. We won't miss lugging all those heavy window boxes up and down the stairs twice each year. We are hooked on ductless central air!"
